Within your PolyWorks software maintenance (service contract) Duwe-3d supports you with a fast and efficient help desk. Our team will provide you with the best possible technical support, based on its extensive experience with a wide range of applications of the PolyWorks software.

PolyWorks online support

With the easy and powerful netviewer support tool you can setup a web session during which each participant, thank to the "remote control" functions, can be active or passive and exchange files from their computers at any time.

You start the support session by clicking on the "Start online support session" button. If you use Miscrosoft Internet Explorer no installation is needed. We communicate through the HTTP protocol, so that it even works through firewalls. You receive your session number during your support call.
