PolyWorks offers extensive functions for the automation of the most various tasks. Thanks to the macro-programming and plug-in interfaces, PolyWorks can be integrated into almost any kind of measuring and work processes.

The evaluation shall then be executed according to a pre-determined set of criteria and the results similarly delivered in a pre-defined form.

PolyWorks used in combination with optical measuring processes makes it much easier to analyze and solve the problems in production procedures which are caused by dimensional deviations or parts and components. Automation and macro-programming
For repetitive tasks, all PolyWorks functions can be recorded and automatically started. This way, it is possible to import data files and evaluate them, as well as to export and save the results. Program loops, user-specific parameters or if-then queries complete the macro-programming language itself.

We offer individual advanced trainings in order to learn and implement the macro-programming language.
For extensive projects, we are at your disposal with our service capacity. We can also realize the macro-programming for you as well as the integration in your working processes.
For system integrators, PolyWorks has a COM interface, which allows sensors with a plug-in functionality to be integrated directly in PolyWorks. The surface points can be displayed and compared to the reference CAD file in real time. This interface also allows PolyWorks to be externally started and controlled. This API is available in the PolyWorks license and can be used without extra costs.
